Any requests for campsite changes, during or after check-in, will be based on availability. Changes after check-in are restricted to the same campsite type as was reserved. For example, Max 7 Day, Monthly or Seasonal.
- Persons making reservations must be 16 years of age or over. If a person under 16 years of age makes a reservation, the reservation will be null and void and will not be accepted at the park.
- A person can make a reservation for a Max 7 Day campsite, a Monthly campsite (30 nights), or a Seasonal campsite (see opening/closing dates for exact number of nights per park) depending upon availability. The maximum reservation period for a Max 7 Day campsite is 7 nights.
- Patrons traveling across the province (trip planning) can reserve consecutive dates in other provincial parks on the same call (trip planning must be done through the call centre staff to avoid extra reservation fees). Persons wanting consecutive dates in the same park in excess of 7 consecutive nights or 30 consecutive nights must call back or go online to check campsite availability and make another reservation.
- A select number of drop-in campsites are available at each park. These campsites are non-reservable and availability is handled by provincial park staff upon arrival at the park check point. The maximum stay on a drop-in campsite is 7 nights.
- Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. If the camper has not checked in or confirmed a late arrival by 7:00 p.m., the reservation will be cancelled.
- Check out time is 2:00 p.m. Campers must vacate the campsite by 2:00 p.m. on the date of departure.
- All times quoted in this Terms of Use are Newfoundland Standard Time (NST).

A complete list of camping fees can be found at http://www.env.gov.nl.ca/env/parks/parks/services.html
- Vehicle entry Fee: All visitors must purchase either a daily vehicle entry permit ($5 per day) or a seasonal vehicle entry permit ($20 per season) upon arrival at the park. The seasonal vehicle entry permit allows access to any provincial park for the full season during which it was purchased.

Confirmation
- A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.
It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it to the park. It must be provided to park staff so that they can access the reservation.
For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address to receive an electronic confirmation and/or writing down the confirmation number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.
For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an electronic copy of your confirmation. You can also print the confirmation screen and/or write down the confirmation number.
Changes and cancellations before check-in
- Changes before check-in: You can change a reservation prior to arrival but changes are subject to availability. Changes can include changes in date, campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.40 (incl. tax) to make a change.

Changes and cancellations after check-in
- Changes after check-in: Provincial Parks staff only guarantee the campsite that was reserved. We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available in the category that you originally selected (i.e. changing from a monthly site to another monthly site). If a change is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee based on the services provided at the new campsite. The $8.40 (incl. tax) change fee will not apply to changes made after check-in.
- Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no cancellation or change fee for leaving earlier than your original day of departure. There is a no refund policy for camping fees paid. Please notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early. This will give other campers an opportunity to reserve the campsite.

Late arrivals are defined as those campers that cannot check-in before 7:00 pm but will be checking in by 11:59 pm on their scheduled arrival date. - If you do not arrive at the park by 7:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival and you have not contacted the park to confirm a late arrival, you will be considered a "no-show". Your reservation for all nights will be cancelled and the campsite will become available for other users on the campsite reservation service.
